What Is Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy 2024?
Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy is a Twenty20 cricket format tournament named after the popular cricket player Syed Mushtaq Ali who was a test cricketer. In the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy all the teams that were part of the Ranji Trophy. The Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy is organized by the Board Of Control for Cricket in India. Ranji is a premier domestic first class cricket organized in India. The first ever Mushtaq Ali Trophy was played in 2006 the winner of which was Tamil Nadu Cricket Team and their captain at that time was Dinesh Karthik. The defending champions of the series is Team Punjab after defeating Team Baroda in the 2023-24 tournament.
